HI! Cat Sixty manifold for sale. I can see no cracks or repairs on the exhaust manifold. The studs for the heat valve lever bracket are missing. The heat valve is a newer George Logue reproduction part. The one ear has been machined thinner than the other and has three small repairs, see the pictures. The heat vale end caps are fabricated, not cast. The heat valve shaft is loose and turns but the butterfly in the shaft is looser than I would like to see if I was going to use it. The intake has no external cracks that I can see. Both frost plugs are out so I could clean some of the scale out of it. The rear frost plug boss should be rebored and a larger frost plug installed. There is a minor repair to the intake runner inside the front frost plug hole. When I was planning on using this manifold I cleaned up some of the roughness in the intake runners. I put a new set of brass heavy hex nuts on it. Shipping will be around $200 if shipped by UPS or $300 by USPS. I just shipped another intake from Utah to Ohio by UPS and it cost $70.00, USPS wanted $100 for the same box. Shipping will be in three boxes or you are more than welcome to come pick it up. More pictures on request. The price is 1/2 the cost of a new manifold from ACMOC. $2500.00
