I need a good used clutch cam for the master clutch on a D4 7U, part number 7B5758 and 4 links part number 7B5647. Let me know what you have and the prices. Thanks.

D42T-I had one break loose a few years ago, a little tight but I was able to get in there because of my "bikini cover" I adapted my transmission cover into. Went pretty well and good luck.

I got it apart. The hardest part was getting the cotter pins out of the pins because it was a little tight in there and the opening below isn't the biggest.

Hi Team,
ideally the cams should be renewed in sets as any variation in wear from an odd cam will see a less worn cam taking all the load and so applying the clutch on one side only instead of all cams sharing the load and applying equal pressure to clamp the clutch components together equally all over the working surfaces.
I believe the Holt 75's etc. had individually adjusted cams and this would have lead to all the clutch problems I have read about if they were not adjusted equally with a feeler gauge for instance.
I recall being taught how to adjust automotive clutch fingers on a rig when doing Apprentice Schooling back in the 1960's--they all had to be Equal or the clutch would grab, shudder or slip excessively.
My thoughts, your experience may vary.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

While I was in that rabbit hole and had things apart and out I went ahead and changed the race and flywheel pilot bearing too.
