Hello, brand new here, looks like i'm a child amongst elders.... I have the opportunity to pick up a D7 3T build in late 40's early 50's Series number is 19408 of some 28000 built. At some time in the last ten years the entire sheave assembly was removed to be repaired. The current owner had a falling out with the mechanic and it won't be coming back. Curious as to whether these are still available and if so, at what cost? Not sure if it matters, but the winch assembly is a Hyster D7N.

I've attached a picture of where it should be located.

Looks like you are after a front mounted PCU.

Your in need of a complete #24 serial number 8D501- up or 33E1-up cable control unit.
