Granger Tractor shows some used ones, 330-239-1077, they are generally reasonable.

off road equipment has lots of them ranging in 18.00 aftermarket to 65.00 NOS

I have a good used iron fuel cap with the 4A60 casting number. It says "Buy Clean Fuel Keep It Clean"
Not sure of the assembly this is a part of or if it is what you need. I do know it does not fit my 1941 5J D2.

Here are two on amazon. You may be able to order one from the Caterpillar website too, though I am not sure what the price is there. Or do a Google search for the part number, there are a few websites selling parts that sell the fuel cap.
