Caterpillar is still in business unlike all the other dozer makers of the time of your machine. I would suspect you could buy them new. And if not check places like Florene Tractor or other places in the parts sources that are listed here on this forum.
The list is a bit hid at least for old dirt farmer like me.Go to the menu page and go to the bottom and click on sources.
