I have had this for a while, had planned to put it on a machine to pull my Bucyrus Erie scraper but have since purchased Cat CCU's and no longer need this. It comes with a manual I bought from Ozdozer for LeT CCU's, it is not pretty but surely if the will to make it work is there it could be put back into service. I have the sheave that is missing from the fairlead in my parts washer at the moment, I will put it back in place if it sells. I'd like to get $250 for this, I can help arrange shipping.

What model machine does the adapter fit?

The adapter has a couple sets of holes, I'm pretty sure this was fitted to a D6, D7, or D8 sized machine by design. It appears to have a couple different hole patterns in it, there is no coupler shaft with this unit.

I have a unit for a D8 size tractor also, $300. Dont have the shaft though, someone stole it when I had it at the HCEA show in Bowling Green several years back.

Not the same one Dan. I got a Cat 25 CCU from Dave that his neighbor had and it is hanging on my D6 9U. I bought a live power unit for my D7E too. I just don't need this one.
