What are you actually looking for? The exhaust manifold, the exhaust pipe from the manifold out of the hood, or a muffler?
D-4 7U-43159 with 4S dozer and Cat 40 scraper, D-7 3T-1179 with Cat 7S hydraulic dozer, D-7 17A 13,944, D-8 14A-1160 with Cat 8S cable dozer, Cat 12-99E-4433 Grader. All runners and users.

I am looking for a muffler. Doesn't have to be cat, just something to quiet it and keep the rain out.

Two options that I can think of would be Tractor Supply Company or NAPA. Both sell on-line if either are not close by for you.

Do I need to look for anything in particular? such as high air flow muffler or will anything be fine. I think it has a 4 inch pipe coming out.

I put a 3 inch Walker spark arrestor on my 12E and paid around $115.00 for it from Napa 2 years ago.
