I have 1or 2that are on microfisce a reader usually will cost 50 or so used. There are also machines that read the microfisce and digitize or print.

Value would somewhat depend on if it was the paper version or the microfiche version. Scaning a paper version would be a very daunting task. I have just the last section of mine here in my office it covers 7S, 8S, 9S, 1T, prefix B-W and plain numbers. At least 309 pages just in that section.
