Need a part number Cat 112 1953

At our museum, we have Cat 112 SN 3U 1000 grader but no parts book for it that I can find. The bottom return tube between the radiator and the engine has rusted through. It is so thin, my attempt to braze it was just making more holes. I found part number 4F 9511 Elbow available but I don't think that is for the whole tube. That is the only number on the piece.

If someone could post the part number for the entire assembly, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance!

If anyone has one for sale, that would be good also.

Jan, what engine does that use, D4600 or D4400? It is probably the same as a tractor.

Stephen,

I don't know much about D4s and their engine models but I thought the same thing. The museum has a D4 7U 6172 parts tractor so today I went over and took off the bottom return pipe that, side by side, seemed to be the same as the grader. In trying to install it on the grader, it is about 1/2 inch too long and the flanges a bit different in alignment. So I am back to making a repair on the rusted grader pipe. I think I will try some liquid steel, KSB New Metal, or JB Weld. Someone suggested using a rubber hose after cutting out the bad section. I looked in Machinery Trader using Josh's number but did not see any in stock anywhere.

It was interesting to note, that the parts tractor pipe had already been repaired many years ago in the same place that failed on the grader. Must be problem spot.

Looks like that assembly is just used on the 3U and 81C. Also assembly 6F0230 crosses to 4F9509.
And looks like one might be available:
