Looking for a D2 generator. was created by D2-4U

I just bought a 1948 D2 at an auction and the generator is missing. I sure hope that one of you can help me. Also, the serial number is 4U1431SPG. Does anyone know what SPG means please?

I will look in my parts stash for a generator. I believe SPG is for “Special Parts-Gearing” I have a 4U with the similar serial tag; it seems to move MUCH faster than a standard machine.
