I stumbled across this on a Tennessee CL and have no connection to the seller.

Side note: I have found some old Cat dozers on Facebook Marketplace which depending on your area might be better than CL.

Nifty freeze crack repair there. I always like stuff like that. Funny that tractor seems to be either complete surface rust or pretty good, chalky yellow. You don't often see a mix of patina like that.

Looks like a pretty nice tractor that would be a good starting point to get running.

Pete.

Needs a better set of tracks and the radiator core is fan rubbed . No radiator cap. The CT4 mag has fresh paint & was reported by some previous owner to be worked on. Similarly the head head has been painted also a new valve cover gasket. Engine is stuck with no spark plugs installed. The rear cylinder block is crack repaired adjacent to the firewall. The owner seems to be a reasonable guy. I gave him the site address here. I didn't check the steering, brakes, or shifter.
