Me again. Tired of searching... Several quick questions for 1939 212 Diesel Grader, D2, or D3400

1. Part # for inner and outer valve spring for head, I have inner 1B9704, and outer as L646(no good)
2. Jensales manuals have expanded views with part #s listed?
3. (Rant) If Cat Classic can tell me where a part is close to me, why can't they get with 2018 and send me the part directly, instead of dealing with a counter sales person that doesn't care!?

Florin tractors have the springs you are after 1B9704 and l646, L646 becomes 0L0646 in tne updated number.
