Here are a couple belt pulley attachments. The first one is a D4 unit, there is no pulley and it’s stuck. The coupler is on the shaft. $200
The second one looks to be for a smaller tractor. Looks like it goes onto a PTO unit. This one turns nicely. The pulley spider is there but the paper is all gone. $400
These are located in SE Washington. Will consider part trade for a working vacuum tank for my Sixty.
Buyer will need to arrange pickup.

Looks like a match. This is mine, sans pulley wheel which is sitting in a box in the house since it was repapered
