As I understand it, the old fellow had a used parts/used tractor business. Maybe some repairing too. He would buy stuff that no one else would at auctions then bring it home to sell/part out. Problem was that the price of his stuff was out of this world and he wouldn’t deal much, so stuff just accumulated. He passed away with no children so other relatives are trying to clean it up to sell the place.
The fellow that you call in the ad is a friend of the family helping out.
I think that’s pretty much it in a nutshell.
