Hercules WXLC3 or WX3 engine wanted was created by Scott Kuehn

We acquired a Galion Chief Roller, Model R27301, Serial Number: 845616 and the engine had blown out a connecting rod

out the bottom and not reparable.
The engine is a Hercules WXLC3, but a WX3 would work.

This is for the Forestry Interpretive Area museum at the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula

The latest Hercules supplier I know of is Jerry Biro phone 740-745-1475, fax 740-745-2425. He is somewhere back in the midwest, I can't remember just where. I have a couple JXD engines, probably not similar, but I am in Oregon. I hope this might be of some help.
