Bill, To answer your question, yes, it may as well. Everything that I do is like a circus. So I'm assuming that the engine was built in the early 50's?That would be the early style D397 with the blower. Later ones ???1955 had the early style Turbocharger----similar to what the first style D9's had.
I have that style Turbo in a "cut away" version. Bill Walter; Chapter One
If this engine came out of a hospital, I would think it has very low hours. What is the plan for this engine???? Power for a carnival?????
