I am re-building the bottom rollers on my CAT22, 2F5209. Does anyone know if any of the component parts are still available from CAT, or other sources? If from CAT, have the P/Ns changed? 1B253-Bushing, 1B6619-Shim, V-210-Washer, and 1B265-Washer. Thanks, Ray

Thanks, I'll try Milton CAT to see if they also can get them.

Dan, can you give me the contact information for your dealer so I can contact them. Milton CAT alternative supply guys could not get any of the parts, except for the washers, and those were used at $22 each. New ones are around $30 each. Ray

sure Ray
www.hopenn.com/parts/
they have a place as far north as Poughkeepsie---I am near the holtsville location on Long Island
Dan
Dan,
I called your guy. They cannot get any of the parts either, except for the one washer that Milton can also get. I think I will need to bore out teh existing bushings and sleeve them to take the shaft size. Ray

Ray---try here as i found bushings to fit my D4 blade linkage
www.applied.com/categories/bearings/plain-bearings/c/343
also---buntingbearings.com
Thanks, Dan. None of them have bronze bushings with a 2.75" OD, so I think I will have to bore out the existing bushings and sleeve them. If I had thought about it I could have made the new shafts oversized and maybe save having to sleeve the bushings. I'll post what I end up doing. I have had all new shafts made and case hardened. Ray
