Hi Wally, I'd be interested if there was a cost-effective way to get it to NY.
Cheers,

Get it to Wisconsin, if I am not out before snow flies, I'll be out late winter or early spring.

A couple more photos, one showing a 1/16" drill that does not drop through the gap between the gauge and the sprocket, the other showing a 5/64" drill that just barely dropped into the gap along the side of the profile, representing worst-case wear on the sprocket. Based on Cat's rebuild recommendations at 3/16" of wear, this sprocket has a minimum of 60% life remaining.

Hello,
how much do you want for the sprocket? do you have a way to strap it to a pallet? Fastenal be cheapest shipping.
I live in zip code 12022
Do you have an idea of what it weighs?
Thanks in advance,
David Atwater

Dave
Looks like he is 1-1/2 north of I 80 in his state. I am going through there at the end of the month and back to NY if that helps. See if he would drop it off

Well shoot, I sure would have been willing to get some profiles of the gauge if I had known of the interest, but unfortunately, I just sold my D2 and sent the gauge with it to Northern Iowa, about 3 hours away. I do have a zerox copy that I got from John Hopp many years ago which he claimed was accurately sized, but I couldn't guarantee the accuracy after so many years. Let me know and I will be happy to send a copy of it that is the same size as the original xerox. I also have the phone number of the person that bought my D2 and could ask if he would scribe the outline on a piece of 1/8" aluminum and mail it to me, but have no idea if he would be willing to do that.
Let me know if you are interested in either option.
