hi, I have a cat #28 tractor s/n 4f1019 for sale. it has been parked for 53 years in a shed. it is complete, the engine is loose. the undercarriage was replaced before being put away [one carrier roller shell bad] otherwise very nice. has 540 pto. live hydraulics run off the port normally used for the generator. does have a loader on it custom made by the Tampico loader co. of Tampico, Illinois. Yes, his phone is there. That does not mean that the machine is located there, it could be at his farm 3 hours away or in storage in another state where he just moved from.

It would help if the OP would let us know where the machine is located since freight can get expensive in a hurry.
