Does anyone one have a source for NOS valves for a Twenty Two? I looked on machine trader, and no results for the numbers listed in the parts manual.

H and J Machine in North Dakota makes valves and springs for various tractors. I have had some custom oddball stuff made by them at a reasonable price. www.handjmachine.com

My mistake that was www.handjmachining.com

As they come recommended to make custom oddball valves maybe they should be listed in the stickies for all to be able to find in the future.

I bought my new intake valves from these guys.

egge.com/

Not cheap, but they are NEW valves.

Cat had the exhaust valves at the time, about 10 years ago. I am not sure now.

I think his prices are more reasonable lately. His John Deere valves are about 1/3 the price that Deere charges for the 2 cylinders.

How many valves do you actually need because I'm sure there will be good used one's laying around under a bench somewhere if you can't find NOS, they made a lot of the Twenty Two tractors.

I believe its the same valve used in the 20,25,28. In many cases if you measure the stem and head you can match them up with a modern valve, More than once this has worked out where all I had to do was cut down the stem and machine in the groves for the keepers.

H and H machine is a good outfit, Harry sold me the Valves I used for my 60
