The only negative about it that comes to mind is I could not find a precleaner that goes there under the mag and the small spot at the bottom of fuel tank that looks blistered, the machine never came to us with a SN tag the research that I done makes it a 1927. Had it completely down and put in any bad bearings, frictions surfaces such as brakes and clutch were replaced. Engine is .040 over with gaskets coming from Olsens with new head gasket. Mag is hot and starts right up Price is $6500
