Do you know of anyone who would be willing to sell one of these to me?

I'm looking to purchase a track link gauge for a D2 Caterpillar.
Does anyone have one for sale?

Well, yes and no.
Will work for original rails but some models have tracks that have evolved to different dimensions, especially rail height. Would still be handy for sprockets, rollers and front idlers. Maybe on the grousers.
That's been talked about for years, on here and other sites as well, still nothing has happened.
Sprocket templates can be made from the info supplied on weld up repair/recovery info that Josh posted.

yes--rail height is easy enough to measure--i am thinking more of roller, idler and sprocket profile---so far i have made 6 attempts to find Josh's sprocket profile data but no luck yet! will keep searching!!

Thanks OM---I wonder if the sprocket tooth liners sold conform to the new profile and you fill with weld the gap around the edge between the liner and the worn tooth---it looks like if you make plates as shown they are bent to the worn profile and welded in with no gap.

New liners will match the shape of new sprocket and match the appropriate track bushing. If the old sprocket is severely worn I would expect to do some reshaping with weld to support the liner. If the gap is minor you can probably get away with perimeter welding.
