Others say that I stole the last 14-a I purchased. The reason I got a good deal was it wasn't announced on this BB and else where. It was emailed to me by a good friend. I knew of one other buyer from this BB, so I backed out to give him a good deal. He decided not to go after it. Long story short, it didn't have a bunch of people going after it. My friends took care not to let the Cat out of the Bag, so to speak. End result was "A Good Deal". Today's Cat was announced, and it Wasn't a Good Deal... Go Figure.
