Please in the future (just to keep the for sale section a bit more cleaner) please make all you additions for the sale area in one listing if possible.

Maybe if you plan to list things on a monthly basis you can post with a heading related to the month you are listing adds in.

wtparts - You guys seem to have lots of good parts at reasonable prices. Chriscokid's suggestion will make it easier for us all to find all your stuff together in one place. You can edit old posts, so could mark something sold if you don't have it any more.

You might have seen Chriscokid's about monthly Craigslist posting. It provides a big list of links to stuff he thinks we might be interested in on Craigslist. Following his logic, I was thinkin you might want to just to a single wtparts post. You could add a new reply to is every month, or whenever you want to give an update, adding new parts listings and prices. While you are doing that, you could edit your old posts, marking things sold or adjusting prices, if appropriate.

I like the approach of finding all your stuff in one place, seeing the history of old stuff you've listed (and might still have for sale) and I even like seeing the old stuff that is sold. Sometimes it is nice just to have a reference about what used to be available and what it sold for.

If you like this idea, let us know. If you want, Chriscokid and I can pretty quickly find all your old posts and assemble them into a set of replies to a single post. From then on, you could just treat that thread as your store, adding new posts and editing old ones as necessary.

Based upon Chriscokid's suggestion below, I have consolidated wtparts for sale threads into a single thread here. Hopefully, this will allow those of us in the market for new or used parts to more easily browse through his inventory and see what's happening.

Hopefully, he'll continue to maintain this thread as his bulletin board storefront, adding new listings here and updating old ones as parts are sold. If this approach works here, others might consider a similar approach. ag-mike, I noticed you've been listing a number of items recently and periodically bringing them to the front. It might be nice for us shoppers to see all your stuff in one thread, and for you, any update will bring your whole stock back up to the top of the list with a new activity marking. gemdozer, you might like to try the same approach.
