I decided to haul this home before it ended up in a scrap yard.

The good is is does roll, the track frames look straight and not beat up, the final drives have no visible issues

The bad is the tracks are poor with most of the pads loose and bushings nearly worn through

The engine is stuck. The owner told me his brother bought it with a wood cab that they removed as they used it in the woods. They still had the original gas tank that was almost as bad as the one in the pictuers.

I found it interesting to compare the split head 30 to one of my older 30s, many changes forward of the bell housing.

is the vac tank any good?
and what are you asking to the whole machine?

I believe the vac tank would be good, will have to give it a closer look. I didn't see bullet holes like the air cleaner has, as far as the complete unit, I am open to offers, There are a few things I want and I have a short list for others, were you looking for parts or a project, There is another 30 a few miles where this came from I am working on acquiring that's in about the same shape except its missing the radiator, I am not trying to be in the parts business but hate to see good parts get scraped when people need them.
