Mr Grumpy at Tumut NSW has a proper headache. He has a TD24 that desperately needs a rear head. Does anyone know where he might source one from, as it is unlikely that there is a good one in Australia? He is going through a hard patch at the moment so any help for him would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Pete, I will try them, unfortunately recently, when Mr Grumpy was up North helping his son, his house got trashed, he is also dealing with issues with his severely handicapped daughter, as well, a couple of his sons staff wrote off his Landcruiser on him, all in all a tough couple of months. He has a beautifully restored PS Thirty as well as a 7 horse stationary steam engine.

Many thanks for the help, Mr Grumpy is a very happy man, FP Smith had a brand new bare head that will be heading to Australia at a very reasonable price. I will have to teach Mr Grumpy how to use a computer so that he can get onto this BB.

Is it true that the heads (rear one at least) fails because the engine side covers have been removed - which typically happens in order to provide more ready access to the engine??
I was told this by an owner:mmph:
