Looking for 1/2 inch cable sheaves for scraper

I'm in the market for some 1/2 inch cable sheaves to get my D6 9U and it's #25 CCU hooked up to my Bucyrus Erie S90 scraper. I am cleaning the good sheaves on the scraper. This scraper has 21 sheaves on it and I find 3 or 4 of them are pretty bad with heavily rusted areas where the cable should ride. A couple of them have even rusted away the flange part of the sheave leaving nothing to keep the cable in the center, they are rough. The ones on my Cat 25 CCU would be able to work if I could find them reasonable as well. The originals are 8 1/4" O.D., 1 1/2" thick, and have a 3 1/8" bore thru for the bearings. If I could find the O.D. and thickness close to that I can make them fit as I can machine them out or bush them up, etc. If anyone has something they think might work and would like to sell, pictures and what you are looking to get for them would be appreciated.

My other option is going to be to buy burn outs from the local weld shop and machine out my own, but I thought I'd give this a shot first. Thanks to all.
