D7 3t steering clutch needed was created by steeltracs

My neighbor is looking for a good used steering clutch assembly for a D7 3t series tractor ( I believe the drum ,disks and all other parts of the assemly) . His slips under load, many hours of use. Location Fresno, Ca.

Has your neighbor tried adjusting the steering clutch. This is done Internally,
