I am restoring my D2 and remember someone duplicating the old serial number plates as long as you supplied them with your old ones. Does anyone know who that company is?

a month ago someone asked the same question..... General Gear was/is doing them? I didn't find the link right away but someone else answered a little later and posted the Link. Try the SEARCH function to see if you can find the Thread.

I was the one that asked the question a month or so ago General gear do the D2 ones but I couldn't find the CATERPILLAR one that goes across the top

We just got reproductions made and approved by Caterpillar of the horizontal and vertical name badges for the D2 and D7. I actually received the first order yesterday and forwarded it to the office. They should be there and available for sale Tuesday of next week.

I was very pleased with the quality. These are primed in red oxide and ready for you to finish paint. I believe we're working on an option which would have them finish painted and screen printed, too, but that option might take a little longer to get organized.
