Engine kit 36 d4 gas engine was created by buytires

Hello, we have a 1936 D4 GAS that we need all new internal parts. Does anyone have a good source for these?

What you have is an "R4", not a "D4".
(the radiator top tank may have been changed in its life, hence leading to the confusion)
You need to locate the serial number as this will make searching for parts easier!

I can direct you to a R4 parts machine in southern Michigan that's 95% for close to scrap price and maybe a rebuilt R4 engine in Flint if the owner still has it.
