yes that helps.
now to find the correct manual. there's a lot of them (manuals), need part break down for these cylinders.

Or, does anyone have a set of these laying around (that are complete) that are useable or rebuild-able?
if so I'm interested.

thx

Did you ever get the correct manual? I have the same setup on a 5U1527. Looking for the part #'s for all the seals. Seal on piston broke, and while I have it apart might as well replace the others, specially the seals on the ram.

Look for a part number, cylinders are not all the same.

Downloaded the manual from Jensales.

Found 3 different cylinder types for the D2. 1H813, and 4H6711 First Type and second Type.

I have 2 different cylinders. 1H813 and 4H6711 First Type. Main difference here is 1H813 has a nut on the external pipe.

I don't know about a seal kit, but I have the individual seals on order from Toromont Cat dealer here in Canada.

The piston seal P/N changed from the manual, and the shim is discontinued.

As far as I can tell the only difference between type 1 & 2 is internal on the piston seals. Different type and 2 instead of 1.

I see there is a fourth cylinder type 9F3239 looks very similar to 4H6711 First Type, but all different P/N except for Piston Seal.
