I am looking for an 5-1/4" bore d7700 head or entire engine for a project. One of my heads is cracked pretty bad.

Thanks for the reply, but your rd-7 is a bigger bore and much different engine. Possibly,,,,unless its a really early RD-7, i could be wrong but they did put a few smaller bore d7700 engines in the RD before the changeover to the d8800.

I have a diesel 50 that the block was bored and 5 3/4 liners installed.Was told RD7 pistons were installed so would assume RD7 heads would work???Might ask on the discussion side,someone should be able to tell you.

Thanks for the thought EL300b, but the heads are different from the d7700 and d8800.
