I am selling my Late model D2. Here is the CL posting, elmira.craigslist.org/grd/4846977829.html

I am located top of PA, you can reply though here or the CL add. Text or Email works the best.

I think you should take the time to replace or if lucky free the steering clutches and then you might get your asking price

I don't know, I guess it depends on where the machine is located. I have asked many people on what they think its worth in its current condition and the answers were 3800-4500.

When I first seen this add a few weeks ago I thought the same thing. Its a lot of work to fix. It could be a great machine fixed. Its still for sale after a month on CL. That may say something.

you should post the serial # so it can be determined if it has the removable clutch assembly and longer frame

the blade and hydraulic assembly and the winch are worth the asking price it would not take much for a rebuilt starter i believe that one from an old allis chalmers would work in order to fix the steering clutch release bearing you must remove the track frame and final drive not a bad job on a d2

Yah that's what I have been told. I just would like to get it gone. The original SN is covered by the winch so I can't get that one. I had someone come look at it and he said the engine is a bit earlier model that the original but it runs fine. I am willing to take offers. Let me know guys.
