If I'm not mistaken, I believe that is actually a Murray scraper. Murray licensed the LeTourneau design, adapting it to hydraulic operation. The very earliest simply had a cylinder to pull each of the cables actuating the scraper functions. Gradually, as Murray made improvements the cylinders moved around and the cables got shorter until in the latest Murray's, there was no cable left at all and all functions were operated directly by hydraulic cylinders.

That appears to be a very tidy scraper and would do a fine job for someone behind their D4 with a Cat or BeGe hydraulic setup.

Pete my murray 4yd looks a lot like that but the arch is rounded it has no square corners otherwise looks the same. JM

What a great little machine neat as a pin I must admit the first thoughts I had was Murray then I read a few lines and learnt heaps
