There are two styles of "Cat" wrench. One is straight open end, the other is angled open end that works best for dozers.

I've got one I made out of a piece of snowplow cutting edge. It's not a work art but it's an article that works. You can have it for $10 plus whatever the flat-rate fee is. It's a nice close fit on the track adjuster nut, and angled as O.M. suggests. I can email you a photo.
