Mine is on a 4G D4, unfortunately, so not many other parts which would interchange to your 212.

Jumping on the band wagon here. I need one of these buggers too. Mine broke at all three keyways, so now I have three pieces instead of a whole one. I only found one steel disk and one bronze disc for the brake (clutch discs appear to all be there). My parts book shows 3 steel and 2 bronze for the brake, so I think I need some of those too. Also, I don't remember seeing the 2A-4208 sleeve when I took it apart. I'll have to look through the parts pile to make sure I didn't just miss it during the disassembly process.

I am still have some plates and yes you should have 3discs 2a3616 and 2 discs 2a4792 and have some spair too
