Hello Eric,
Those parts are very hard to come by. I was looking for those many years ago when I was converting my 3J from rope to electric start. Talk to Josh Latkin, he made me up a bellcrank that is almost an exact copy of the Cat on. The rod can be made easy enough. Hope this info helps.
