Radiator cap for a Sixty is a 2" standard pipe plug (from form 5451, Sixty Tractor Parts Catalog).

Sorry about your experience. I have Cat 30 Radiator Cap reproduction castings. The Cat 60 is the same cap. Threads need to be machined.

I have a friend send emails, reply to threads, and do listings. Just call me, anytime. 937-862-4182. Thanks, Roger

As I said above, per the book, Caterpillar Sixty radiator cap was a 2" standard pipe plug. Not the same as a Thirty.

See page from Form 5451, Sixty Tractor Parts Catalog.
