Define Restored, one that is cleaned and painted and runs or one that has been totaly rebuilt with all new seals and bearings, clutches etc...?

Hi there,
My meaning of restored would be a Machine, clean,painted,running,
all sheet metal excellent. This machine would be on display inside of
a Major contractors office entrance. Machine would not be started
indoors,just be there on display.

Any particular year you are looking for, prior to 1931 they were grey and after 1931 they were yellow.
