955H Cat Loader, complete right now but will part out, mildly stuck motor, stack was covered, very good under carriage, side dump cat bucket, factory ROPS with cold weather cab. Can't find serial no. , lever steer, power shift, D330 turbo. I would rather see someone free up the motor and make this a nice machine again. call 970-270-8771 Colorado

That brings back fond memories. I had a friend who put way over 20,000 hours on one; probably way over 30,000. You won't believe how much work one of those will do or the many different jobs you can use it on. The only other piece of equipment he needed was a 46A. If its priced right and someone wants to get it running, the addition of a GP bucket or 4 in 1 will enable it to do just about anything around the farm or ranch, big or small. If you can wait for someone who will bring her back to life you won't be wasting your time.

s/n should be on the back of the transmission case or the left rear of the engine. That looks way to good to part out.

I agree, that's too good a machine to junk out. That has factory wet clutches and brakes. That cab something else. If you have to remove the engine and overhaul it would still be worth it. SAVE it some one. Where out West is the machine locxated? Bill Walter

Never heard of a "Mildly" stuck motor. They are usually loose and turning over or stuck solid and will not turn over without the aid of loose juice at the minimum or complete teardown at the maximum.

I bought a d4c with stuck motor, the story was we shut it off for lunch and it woulnd not start when we got back. The connecting rod was wrapped around the crankshaft and the block was split up the center main, so much for just stuck.

If its lever steer ,its got dry steering clutches and brakes .As I remember it wet clutches and brakes didn't come out untill the later 955H's had pedal steering ,and brakes on the floor.
I definitly would not part out that machine . Whats the selling price for the whole machine ? Maybe someone here will be interested in gambling .
Take the injectors out ,and squirt justice Brothers JB 80 in it and see if it will free up in a week ,use the whole squirt can divided amoung the 4 cllinders.
Or pull the head ,and see how it looks inside
