I got mine yesterday, and no problems. Maybe it's just the out of state ones that have the problems (they are published here in Iowa!).

2 duplicate pages of club information, contents, 5, 6, 27,28 ,29 ,30.
Missing pages 23, 24, 25, 26, 27.
