Here are a few more pics from this past Heidrick show. It is only a teaser for whats to come next year, there will be many, many more of these and some 1 of a kind machines that will be there and running which only a few have ever witnessed along with what will be the grandest turn of the century harvesters working. This will be much more then just rows of old tractors, you will see most in action as they were nearly 100 yrs ago. everyday we get more comittments for machines coming to the show. You won't want to miss it, will be the "BEST" show on tracks.

You fellows in California have all the fun! Wish we could see stuff like that in the east. GWH

GWH when you left NY you should have kept on drivin a little farther you could enjoy this beutiful area also LOL. We may not have many of those big steam prairre busters around here but these machines were all built within 100 mile of where there are in pic and made for the ground the sit on. and it is safe to say that within a short distance there are more of these very rare machines then anyplace else and those that arnt were here at one time. By show time you should be ACMOC pres. and be there with bells on maybe put you on a Holt 120 right behind Dan Best on a Best humpback now thats a scary thought LOL. two that are only ones known to exist.

I'm looking forward to the show, but not as president. It takes too much time and money to serve in that office, and as a retired fellow, I don't have the money for travel. Directors serve at their own expense, not the club's expense. That includes travel.
But on another note, I hope that the show committee will consider formal photo taking for each and all machines so that we can put out a special edition of a magazine devoted just to the one show, like ATHS does. And maybe we ought to have some professional photographers to do it right. I'd like to have some fun at the show instead of taking photos all the time. :>)
