My Joe's marine gearbox, circa 1940, had a new cone clutch 2 years ago, but she has slipped into forward gear and won’t disengage.
Anybody familiar with this gear box....?

Hi My name is Fernando and I hapend to start working on a caterpilar with the same gearbox and I woul like to get some information about it, if you know where to direct me. I benn having problems in getting a new par of pad´s but no body hapend to know the material to make it, they tellme that they work soaked in oil but I saw that it has an oil seal, I do not know ho is rigth, could you hapend to have some answers?
