She likes the soft furry ones, I like the old Iron kind. These pics are 2 of 3 PV 15,s that followed me home. Note the unusual rear pto drive, what would have it been used for. Both have good UC,good manifolds and loose engines, between the 3 I should have one good and most of a second. Just a few nights in the shop to put them togather, Right!

Nice find Steve. You are getting like Ag-Mike with that old iron magnet in your head. Where do you find them? Hint-hint...do you need all them air intake screens? My 15 is lacking one.....
PS, that funny PTO could be a rear crank for engine starting.

I'm thinking the pto was for a pulled implement using a driveline. The u-joints would be directly over hitch pin (helps with turns, etc.). Mower, bailer, combine, etc.

Steve A,
My TEN has the same PTO. It was for a sickle mower. No splines, just a simple smooth shaft with a hole drilled through it for the mower drive gear or pitman drive (depending on brand of mower). The way that the mower was attached to the tractor required the drive to extend back much farther than a standard PTO. This was so the pitman arm would clear the track assembly.

Looks like a good find. I wish I could get my wife to get more cats so I can get more cats. Are both those exhaust manifold heat boxes good ones? If so I might be interested if you have an extra one.

Thanks for the replys
Bruce, I hope to use one if the Aircleaner caps on my small 15, one of them is rough. I have to make a run to a junkyard I know of that has a big 15 with a good dash to make one of these nice, and a Seat box from steve weaver.
Karl
I will check, I might have a usable heat box.
I plan to make one complete machine and sell the second with a parts machine, I plan to have it running first.
