Graham,

It looks like the location of the Chapter visit in November last year, see page 22 in issue 52 (the owner doesn't like the location publicizing).

You can spend hours walking round the runways and dispersal aprons looking at the kit, even then, when you drive out you still spot something that you didn't see!

Today I popped up to Castle Donnington to the Classic Truck Sale, I always keep my eyes open for anything CAT, sure enough I collected a few jems , one was a Service Manual for a 951B also with a parts book , it was very reasonably priced at a five pound note , in top condition, the other thing was an engine service mate, a small book with all sorts of data on all sorts of CAT engines for £1 , so now David I have the 951B sorted, all the B's I ever looked at had hand slew , in the service book it has both hand + Pedal slew.
Anyhow did you get home D4c24a all right from the tractor show???, I think its time for this months Classic Plant (Bill Glenns) as I have some good snaps of a few jobs done in the last few weeks , also I have some good CAT 60 pics that are worth a good look at, well the engines are, I will also put up a few pic's of the " Bone Yard " taken about 25 years ago, when I used to drop old Knackers there sometimes for a plant dealer,

TC,
I look forward to seeing your latest pictures in the next issue of Bill Glenn's Classic Plant Monthly.

Any news on Dave Moggeridge, has he seen the Consultant yet about his hip?

I spoke to Paul last week, he has now sent the Feb mag off to the printers, we should receive it w\c 19th March.
