Cowboy maybe check with a local radiator shop and see what they get to make up one. At the Cat dealer we had a rad. shop that came and picked up and delivered our radiators for repairs and they had stock to make up new cores if needed and they,d make new ones up for us.

chris, i have a extra one out here, not sure how good it is, but i do know where you can get one. i will check with him either tomorrow or this weekend for you. i think when i got mine made off of him, it cost me around 70-100 bucks. all i did was order the core and put it together myself. if all goes well with him and you do want one. it might be another trip to ohio i think

Jake let me know, I could install the core myself I have installed other cores. Please let me know what you find out from your buddy. I am interested at that price! Did you find out anything about the cutting edge for your bucket? Thanks again for all the help and contacts, Chris

hey chris
i did not get to find anything about it. i have been busy at work keeping the roads free of snow and ice. the overtime has been great so far! but i figured that the best and cheapest way to go about it right now, would be to cut the bucket bottom and try to pull it back, then weld the crack. let me know if this idea sounds good to you.

With the bend thats in it I dont think you have anything to lose . If that dont work you can replace the lip & bottom later. I would try it, its not like your working it every day. It could be a cheap fix.
