Hi Out There, My Question Is has Any One Add A Turbo To A Non Turbo 3304 Motor, If So What Internal Changes Are Need, Such As Fuel Timing Lower Compression Pistons Ect. And Good Source For Used Hardware Bolt On i.e.: Exhaust Manifold And Air Pipes.

The timing shouldn,t be different and I don,t recall different pistons either. One thing on some of the engines like the D330 yours and others had a piston oil cooling jet from the block from a main bearing to spray the bottom of each piston to cool them.As you mentioned there are the manifolds and piping needed to install the turbo. The rack setting might be different and the RPMs and I don,t have a book high enough to give them to you but RPMs depends on what your going to use the engine for as there are so many different settings for them.

What serial# engine are we talking about here and in what application?
Cat engines look alike but are as different as apples and oranges as far as power output goes. Industrial engines are set up for the Horsepower specs at a given speed as per OEM request.
Have to be carefull when boosting power, might rip apart the machine.
