ACMOC used to have an online store to purchase such things but that has been shut down. I am not aware of anyone else reproducing these decals at this time. Maybe others will chime in.

Hi Bob, there is a plan in progress to manufacture the decals here in Australia. As the Club is now run entirely by volunteers, someone here is looking to provide that service. Keep an eye out for further information .

A mate of mine measured up my D2 stickers on my machine and got a set made for his D 4 6U. He might have got some of them made slightly larger for the D 4. Not sure if they would still be on their file as it was about 12 years ago.
