70D No. 12 wheel hub removal

Need to remove wheel hub to replace brake cylinder. Mechanical puller is used to pull and replace whefl hub, according to the manual. Although, the wheel hub on the 70D has no wheel weight, its on the same spindle shaft as a 12E though,...which requires a hydraulic puller to pull and reinstall the hub on the spindle shaft. I highly doubt the mechanic puller is capable of either operation and there is no referencing for torque to pressure. The hydraulic reinstallation calls for 20-25 tons of pressure. Anyone ever use us the mechanical push/puller for this job?  If so...what is the torque for rejnstallion...providing its cspabld of removal? PS. I have the cat mechanical push/puller available to me. I just don't believe the mechanicsl puller will work.
