i have been getting messages from these guys for a while, most of them want me to contact danial they are low life scum of the earth scammers get the same ones on the allis chalmers forum

It's a case of whack-a-mole, Mike. Anyone can register (we don't want to put barriers to "genuine" folks that want to sign up, but the downside is that we also get the spammers. Most of the recent cases have all been the same spammer, just registering new usernames and, I suspect, harvested email addresses.
